Robert J. Conway was a judge of the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] After Conway retired in December 2006, he served for a time as a senior judge.
Education
Conway earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton and his J.D. from the Brooklyn Law School.[2]
