Robert K. Pattison is a district court judge for the 3B District Court in Michigan.[1] He was elected to the court on November 6, 2012 to replace William D. Welty. Pattison assumed office in January 2013 and his current term expires in 2019.[2]

Education

Pattison received his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University and his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.[3]

Career

Before he became a judge, Pattison worked as an attorney, specializing in family law and litigation. He also previously served as an assistant city attorney for the City of Sturgis.[3]

2012 election

Pattison advanced from the primary election, winning 40.31% of the vote. He was elected to the 3B District Court in the general election on November 6, 2012. Pattison defeated Matt Davidson with 51.65% of the vote.[2][4][5]
