Robert Kim is a judge of the Hawai`i Third Circuit Court of Hawaii. He was appointed by Gov. David Ige (D) on August 30, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Ronald Ibarra. Kim's appointment was confirmed by the Hawaii State Senate on September 26, 2017.[1]
