Robert Kwan was a federal bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Central District of California. He was appointed February 5, 2007, by the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and retired on February 4, 2021.[1][2]

Education

Judge Kwan attended Yale College for his Bachelor of Arts in 1975 and Hastings College of the Law at the University of California for his J.D. in 1979. In 1985 he attended Georgetown University Law Center to obtain his Master of Law degree in Taxation.[1]
