Robert L. Bennett was a judge for the 42nd Circuit Court of Washington County of the Indiana Circuit Courts.[1]
2010 election

Bennett ran as a Democrat for re-election to the 42nd Circuit Court of Washington County of the Indiana Circuit Courts in 2010, but was defeated. He received 1998 of the votes in the primary election. Opponent Larry W. Medlock received 2,375 votes. They will meet in the November general election.[2]
