Robert L. Konstam was a judge on the Richland County domestic Court in Mansfield, Ohio. He was defeated in a close race for re-election in November of 2010.[1][2]
2010 election
Konstam lost his bid for re-election in 2010. After running unopposed in the Republican primary, he faced Heather M. Cockley in the general election. A review and recount by the local board of elections found Cockley to be the winner, with 50.09% of the vote.[2][3]
