Robert McQuaid, Jr.
Robert McQuaid, Jr. was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. He was first appointed to the court in 1996.[1] He retired from the court on September 2, 2011.[2]
Education
Judge McQuaid received his B.A. degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1968 and his law degree from the Willamette University College of Law in 1971.[1]
Career
Judge McQuaid worked as a lawyer before he became a magistrate judge. He was a partner in the law firm Georgeson, McQuaid, Thompson & Angaran prior to his appointment in 1996.[1]
