Biography
Robert Mitchell was born in Jackson, Mississippi. Mitchell earned an associate degree from Itawamba Community College in 1991 and a bachelor's degree from Columbia Southern University in 2014. His career experience includes working as a risk manager and health and safety manager.[1]
