Robert N. Tochka
Robert N. Tochka was an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts. He was nominated by Gov. Deval Patrick (D) on September 5, 2014, and unanimously confirmed by the Governor's Council on October 15, 2014. He was also appointed to the Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct in 2014.[1][2][3]
Tochka served as an associate justice of the District Court Department from 2002 to 2004 and an associate justice of the Boston Municipal Court Department from 2004 to 2014.[1][2]
Biography
Tochka earned a B.A. from Boston College and a J.D. from St. Louis University Law School. Prior to his appointment to the district court, he served as an assistant district attorney for Suffolk County.[1][2]
