Robert Neill

Robert Neill is a juvenile court judge for the Second Judicial District in Davis County, Utah. Neill was appointed to this position by Gov. Gary Herbert, subject to confirmation by the Utah State Senate, in October 2016. Neill replaced retiring Judge Mark Andrus.[1]
Biography
Neill obtained a B.A. in history from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from the University of Utah.[1]
Neill has served as the juvenile court specific special victims prosecutor, West Jordan Division unit chief, and Screening and Misdemeanor unit chief for the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office.[1]
