My background in management gives me the ability to operate a state level agency.
  • An elected official has a duty to see that the constitutional rights of the citizens are protected.
  • .
  • People, progress, equality
Protecting the constitutional rights of all individuals. Ensuring that those who are vulnerable because of the rapid changes are protected. Meaning that they have the ability to provide for their needs and wants.
The Office of the Attorney General is to represent the state in legal matters. This also means informing the state if the position is weak. Especially when it comes to defending criminal prosecutions.
There's a concept in law that states Though the heavens may fall, let justice be done. If a person was convicted as a result of poor evidence, meaning that they shouldn't have been convicted, that the state shouldn't push to have that conviction upheld.
Setting a new standard for others to reach and exceed.
