Robert A. "Bobby" Patrick, Jr. was a 2015 Republican candidate for District 17 of the Mississippi State Senate.

Biography

Patrick earned his B.A. in political science from Mississippi State University in 1968. His professional experience includes being the owner/agent of Bobby Patrick Insurance Agency for 38 years, as the owner of a bond brokerage business, as a management trainee and manager at Sears and as a sales representative for Johnson and Johnson.[1]

Elections for the Mississippi State Senate took place in 2015. A primary election was held on August 4, 2015, and the general election was held on November 3, 2015. Incumbent Charles Younger defeated Robert Patrick Jr. in the Republican primary. Younger ran unchallenged in the District 17 general election.
