Robert Phillip Haire
Robert Phillip Haire (b. May 1, 1936) is a former Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He has represented District 119 from 1999 to 2013. He served as the Democratic Whip.
Haire received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history and law degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1961 and 1965, respectively. He served as a captain in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1965. He is an attorney. Haire and his wife, Constance, have three children: Tate, Scott and Phillip; and one stepchild, Anne Collins.
