Robert R. "Rob" Wheeler is a judge of the Second Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed by Governor Rick Scott (R) on November 30, 2015, effective January 1, 2016. Wheeler succeeded Judge Frank E. Sheffield.[1]
Prior to his circuit court appointment, Wheeler was a judge on the Leon County Court. He was appointed by Governor Charlie Crist in April of 2010 to replace James O. Shelfer.[2][3]
