Robert Reasoner Nevin (1875-1952) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on January 5, 1929 to replace Smith Hickenlooper. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 21st, and received commission that same day. From 1948-1952, he was the chief judge. He served until his death on December 31, 1952.[1] Nevin was succeeded in this position by Lester Cecil.
