Biography
Robert Reyna was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army from 2017 to 2020. He graduated from Roy Miller High School. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in 2020. His career experience includes working as an entrepreneur. He has been affiliated with Credit Bolt.[1]

Robert Reyna began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 15, starting a six-figure business. Now, at 25, Robert is a seasoned businessman with a diverse portfolio. He owns two successful salons, a lending company, and is a prominent investor in professional sports teams. His ventures span various industries, including car dealerships, merchandising, and tech companies, proving his adaptability and business acumen. Robert’s merchandising company has achieved significant success, operating in over 30 Walmart and CVS locations across South Texas.
Military Service and Professional Experience
After graduating from Roy Miller High School in 2017, Robert served for three years in the U.S. Army in Washington D.C. During his time there, he worked on contracts with the White House and the Pentagon, gaining invaluable experience in leadership and operations. Following his service, Robert pursued higher education at the University of Maryland, earning a degree in Legal Studies.
Community Involvement
Robert’s commitment to giving back is evident in his numerous community initiatives. He founded the 36 West Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the homeless, healthcare workers, and patients through beauty services. His efforts include organizing homeless blanket drives to provide warmth and comfort during winter.
In addition, Robert served for a year on the Board of Adjustments for Corpus Christi, where he gained valuable ins- I will fight to enhance public safety by increasing our police force, addressing rising crime rates, and ensuring a secure environment for all residents of Corpus Christi.

Our city’s future depends on smart, efficient management of this vital resource. Here are my key initiatives to improve our city water system:
- I will fight for accelerated street repairs, support local businesses, upgrade city-wide infrastructure, enhance safety and accessibility, and engage the community. Together, we can create a safer and more efficient Corpus Christi.
Promoting Economic Development: Ensuring the city remains an attractive destination for businesses, which brings jobs and opportunities, while also supporting local businesses to help them thrive.
Enhancing Public Services and Infrastructure: This involves overseeing essential services like water, electricity, transportation, and public safety, and making sure they are efficient, reliable, and able to meet the needs of a growing population.
Being a Voice for All Constituents: Serving At-Large means representing a broad spectrum of residents. I will listen to all voices and ensure every community, regardless of background or neighborhood, has a seat at the table when it comes to city decisions.
Fiscal Responsibility: Making sure taxpayer dollars are spent wisely and efficiently. This means pushing for transparency, balancing the budget, and investing in projects that bring long-term value to the city.
Sustainability and Resilience: Prioritizing initiatives that promote environmental sustainability, resilient infrastructure, and long-term planning to help the city cope with challenges like extreme weather, coastal erosion, and economic changes.
Building a Stronger Local Economy: I envision Corpus Christi as a thriving hub where small businesses flourish, job opportunities are abundant, and innovative industries are drawn to the city. I want to leave behind a foundation of economic growth that benefits future generations.
Improving Infrastructure and Public Services: My legacy would include significant improvements in our roads, public transportation, and city services. I want to be known for ensuring that every part of Corpus Christi has access to reliable, modern infrastructure.
Advocating for All Voices: I want to be remembered as a leader who listened to and represented every part of the community, ensuring that marginalized and underrepresented groups were heard and had a real impact on decision-making.
Prioritizing Sustainability: A key part of my legacy would be advancing environmental initiatives that protect our coastal city for generations to come. This includes addressing flood prevention, sustainable growth, and reducing our environmental footprint.
Creating a Culture of Transparency and Trust: Finally, I want to leave behind a legacy of government accountability, where people felt connected to their local government, confident in its decision-making, and engaged in the democratic process.
