Robert Rita (Democratic Party) (also known as Bob) is a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 28. He assumed office in 2003. His current term ends on January 13, 2027.

Incumbent Robert Rita ran unopposed in the Democratic primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[6][7][8]
