Robert S. Fischer

Robert S. Fischer is a judge of the Warren County Court in Lebanon, Ohio. He was appointed to the court by Governor John Kasich on March 21, 2014, and assumed office on April 4, 2014. Fischer filled the vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Joseph W. Kirby to the Warren County Court of Common Pleas.[1] Fischer was successful in his 2014 bid to win the right to serve out the remainder of Kirby's unexpired term, ending December 31, 2018.[2]

Education
Fischer received his undergraduate degree from Frostburg State University and his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law.[1]
Career
Before his appointment to the court, Fischer was a trial attorney for the law firm of Sams, Fischer, Packard & Schuessler, LLC, specializing in domestic relations, child custody, and felony cases. He has also practiced law with the firm of Kirby & Roberts, LLC in Georgia and served as an assistant prosecutor for the Mason Municipal Court.[4]
