Approach to the law

A Magistrate Judge upholds and follows the law and does so with fairness and impartiality. Always protecting each and every citizen, as well as the community. I will be firm, very fair, and consistent and will treat everyone that comes into my court with respect.[sic] I believe the Magistrate Court can do more than it has to change the underground culture of drugs and alcohol we have in Cibola County.[5]
