Robert Howard Schnacke (1913-1994) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Schnacke was nominated by President Richard Nixon on September 10, 1970, to a seat vacated by George Harris; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 13, 1970, and received commission on October 15, 1970. He assumed senior status on December 31, 1983. He served the Northern District of California until his death on June 5, 1994. Schnacke was succeeded in this position by Charles Legge.
