Robert Stockton was a member of the Western Municipal Water District in California, representing Division 1. He left office on May 13, 2020.
Stockton won re-election to the Western Municipal Water District to represent Division 1 in California outright after the general election on November 6, 2018, was canceled.
Stockton passed away on May 13, 2020.[1]
