Robert W. Bowers ran for judge on the Berks County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.
2011 election
Bowers ran for an open seat on the Berks County Magisterial District. He was defeated by Thomas Xavios in both parties primaries on May 17. He received 16% in the Democratic primary and 21.3% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] Both candidates have cross-filed with the Republican and Democratic parties.[2]
