Robert Waddell

Robert P. "Bobby" Waddell is the chief judge of the 1st Judicial District in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He was re-elected to the court without opposition in 2008 for a six-year term that ended on December 31, 2014.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[3][4]

Education
Waddell received his B.S. from Louisiana Tech University and his J.D. from Louisiana State University. He was admitted to the practice of law in 1974.[5]
Career
Prior to becoming district court judge, Waddell served as an elected member of the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1980 to 1990.[6]
