Robert Watson (Rhode Island)
Robert Watson (b. October 14, 1960) is a former Republican member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 30 from 1993 to 2013.
He served as House Minority Leader from 1998 to 2013.
Biography
Watson earned his B.A. from the University of Denver in 1982 and his J.D. from Catholic University Columbus School of Law in 1986. His professional experience includes working as an attorney.[1]

2010
Watson won re-election in 2010. He was unopposed in the September 14 Republican primary and defeated independent Robert Bolton in the November 2 general election.[3][4]

2008
In 2008, Watson was re-elected to the Rhode Island State House District 30. Watson (R) finished with 4,055 votes while his opponent Jean Guliano (D) finished with 3,387 votes.[5] Watson raised $33,775 for his campaign fund.[6]
