Robert Wilters
Robert E. Wilters was a judge of 28th Circuit Court in Baldwin County, Alabama. He was elected circuit judge in 1998 and was re-elected in 2004.[1] He retired on June 5, 2015.[2]
Education
Wilters graduated from the University of Alabama and received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.[1]
Career
Wilters began his career as a special agent for the FBI. He then became an assistant district attorney for Baldwin County in 1986. He was a chief district attorney for six years. He then worked another six years as a district judge before joining the circuit court in 1998.[1]
2010 election
Wilters was re-elected to the 28th Circuit Court after running unopposed.[3]
