Biography
Robert Zhang Ochoa served in the U.S. Navy from 1987 to 1987. He earned a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton, in 1985 and a law degree from the Western State College of Law in 1996. His career experience includes working as an entrepreneur.[1]
