Biography
Ramirez earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas. He later received his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law. Ramirez was the senior assistant city attorney for the City of Arvada prior to his court appointment. He is a lieutenant colonel for the U.S. Air Force Space Command.[1]
