Robin Sessions Cooley is the Wyoming Director of Workforce Services. Cooley assumed office in 2019. Cooley's current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Cooley was appointed to the position in February 2019 by Governor Mark Gordon (R), replacing John Cox.[1]

Cooley is a former member of the Wyoming Public Service Commission. She was appointed to the commission by Governor Matt Mead (R) effective March 16, 2017. On February 14, 2019, it was announced that she had been appointed as director of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services.[2][1]

Prior to joining the Wyoming Public Service Commission, Sessions Cooley worked as an attorney in private practice, as a deputy attorney general, and as a special counsel to Governor Matt Mead (R).[2]

Wyoming Public Service Commission (2017-2019)

Sessions Cooley joined the Wyoming Public Service Commission on March 16, 2017, to serve out the remainder of former Commissioner Alan Minier's unexpired term, which ended on March 1, 2021. She served alongside Bill Russell and Kara Brighton Fornstrom.[2]
