Robinson Everett was a former Article I federal judge who served on the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He joined the court on April 16, 1980, after an appointment from Jimmy Carter. His term ended in 1990. He served as chief judge of the court from 1980 - 1990. On June 12, 2009, Judge Everett passed away at the age of 81.[1][2]
