| “ | Shall the Board of Education of Rockford School District Number 205, Winnebago and Boone Counties, Illinois, build and equip additions to and alter, repair and equip school buildings, acquire one or more sites, improve sites and issue bonds of said school district to the amount of $139,000,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?[2] | ” |
