A Rocky River City School District Levy Increase measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Cuyahoga County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This measure authorized the levy of up to 4.9 mills for every dollar valuation (49 cents per $100 assessed valuation) for current expenses of Rocky River City School District.[1]

Text of measure

Language on the ballot:

An additional tax for the benefit of Rocky River City School District for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 4.9 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 49 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2]
