Roderick Stout is a judge of Circuit 13 in Alabama.[1] He was elected to the court in 2000 and his current term expires in 2018.

Education

Stout received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1970.[2]

Career

Before joining the court, Stout was an attorney in private practice from 1971 to 2000. He also served as City Attorney for the City of Mobile from 1981 to 1985, and as attorney for the Mobile City Council from 1985 to 2000.[2]
