Rodham T. Delk, Jr.
Rodham T. Delk, Jr. was a circuit court judge for the 5th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was first elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly on February 19, 1993 and re-elected in March 2009 for another eight-year term that commenced on March 16, 2009.[2][3] He retired on March 1, 2014.[4]
Education
Delk received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Military Institute and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[5]
Career
Before joining the court, Delk practiced law for twenty-one years in Smithfield, Virginia and served as the town attorney for the towns of Smithfield and Windsor.[2]
