Roger B. Robbins was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was elected to the Orange County Municipal Court in November 1986. Robbins was elevated to the Superior Court upon court unification in August 1998.[1][2]
Education
Robbins received a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in 1965 and a J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 1974.[2]
