Roger T. Clark was a judge for the Second Judicial District (Place 4) of Mississippi.[1] He was appointed in January 2005 and re-elected in 2010 for a term that expired in 2014.[2][3] He was re-elected after running unopposed on November 4, 2014, for a term that begins in 2015 and expired in 2018.[4][5] Judge Clark retired on November 30, 2020.

Clark received a B.A. from the University of Mississippi, going on to earn his J.D. there as well. He was admitted to the bar in 1970.[6]
