Roger Fein
Roger Fein was a judge on the Cook County 12th Subcircuit in Illinois. He was appointed in December 2014, effective January 2, 2015, for a term that expired on December 5, 2016.[1] He had been appointed to four previous terms on the Cook County Circuit Court and Subcircuits beginning in 2002.[2][3][4] Fein retired following the expiration of his term on December 5, 2016.[5]
Education
Fein earned a B.S. from the University of California and a J.D. from Northwestern University.[6]

Fein also had experience as a partner with the Chicago law firm of Arvey, Hodes, Costello & Burman.[3][7][8][9]
