Roger Kline
Roger L. Kline was a judge on the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals. He served the court from February of 1995 until his retirement on February 8, 2013.[1][2][3]
Education
Judge Kline received his B.B.A. degree from Ohio University in 1974 and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School in 1978.[2]
