Roger M. Prokes

Roger M. Prokes is the former presiding circuit court judge for the 4th Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He was first elected to the court in 2000.[2]
Prokes retired from the court on November 9, 2021.[3]

Education
Prokes received a B.S. a and J.D. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.[4]
Career
Prokes was first elected to the 4th Circuit Court in November 2000, and was re-elected in 2006 and 2012. He began to serve as the presiding judge on the court in January 2001. Before his judicial service, he worked as an attorney in private practice for 24 years. He also formerly worked as an assistant professor of business law and as an adjunct professor of education law for Northwest Missouri State University.[2]
