Roger N. Rector was a judge for the Ulysses Town Court in Tompkins County, New York. He ran for re-election on November 8, 2011 but was defeated by Mark R. Dresser. His current term expired in 2011.[1]

Rector ran for re-election as a Town Justice on November 8th after winning the Independence and Republican primaries. He earned 44% of the vote and was defeated by Mark R. Dresser in the General Election.[2][3][1]
