Ron Crier was the Position 6 representative on the Spring Independent School District Board of Trustees in Texas. Crier sought another term in the general election on November 3, 2015. Ron Crier lost the general election on November 3, 2015.
Biography
Crier graduated from Walter L. Cohen Sr. High and went on to earn his B.A. in business administration and management from Dillard University. He has worked as a delegate to the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) delegate assembly and on the Legislative Advisory Council for the Gulf Coast Area Association of School Boards. Crier is an I.T. consultant for HouData. He has served on the board since 2003.[1][2]

Two seats on the Spring Independent School District Board of Trustees were up for general election on November 3, 2015. The seats are elected at large to three-year rotating terms.
The seats of incumbents Ron Crier and Jana Gonzales were up for election.[3][4] Crier lost to challenger Don Davis for the Position 6 seat. Gonzales defeated challenger LV Dever in the Position 7 election.[5]
