Ronald A. Silkworth
Ronald A. Silkworth was a judge on the Fifth Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in Maryland. He joined the court on July 15, 1996.[1][2] Silkworth retired on August 27, 2019, when he reached the mandatory retirement age.[3]
