Ronald Bailey
Ronald Bailey was a candidate for Area 1 representative on the Belton Independent School District board of trustees in Texas. The general election was held on May 7, 2016. He was defeated in the election by fellow candidate Jeff Norwood.[1]

The Belton ISD school board election on May 7, 2016 were low-stakes. In Area 1 Ronald Bailey faced sole challenger Jeff Norwood. Norwood defeated Bailey to win the seat. The Area 2 incumbent Leo Camden Jr., Area 3 incumbent Sue Jordan, and Area 5 incumbent Mike Cowan were all unopposed. The district canceled the races due to lack of opposition and the incumbents were automatically re-elected.[2][3][4]
