My wife, Crystal and I have been married for 15 years, with one child in Alief ISD. I'm currently employed by Si Environmental, LLC as a double “C” Water/ Wastewater License Operator through the State of Texas (TCEQ). I am the co-founder of the EAB (Employee Activity Board) which bridge the gap between employee and Management at Si Environmental LLC. I'm a Retire TASO Texas Association Sports Officials, UIL Basketball Official, retired TASO Baseball Official. I have worked with the Boys and Girls Club and have Coached Basketball through the YMCA since 2010. I am a certified trainer with Coachup, I coached football teams with I-9, and upwards. I have been a mentor and a active volunteer for the Alief ISD since 2016. In 2018, I started the Albright Middle School, Booster Club in an effort to increase parent participation in sports. I served on the 2020-2021 Alief Bond Steering Committee. My son and I started a Sports Training business to give back to the community and to support and encourage young and upcoming athletes giving them the opportunity to improve their skills, abilities, and conditioning to compete at their age level in sports at below market price. I am a part of the Mosaic Lodge of Texas.

What I’m passionate about is the overworking of teachers the release of the teachers over 15 years without trying to convince them to stay and take care of them properly
Someone at fault for every teacher student parent and staff member in the community at all times
To implement policies that help the growth and provide equity and every student in Alief along with the teachers and staff
I would make sure that everybody has a voice and that we sit down and actually look and pay attention to what they’re asking us
I would make sure the local businesses and other community partners are involved in making sure the growth of our school district along with the growth of the students and teachers
You can always recruit but I wanna make sure they were keeping teachers that have been in the district for many years happy and continue to grow on add relationship with them and use them as trainers as the new teachers come aboard
I think the issues they get in the way of quality education is the technology consideration technology changes nonstop
I would make sure that every teacher has a voice every parent has a voice and make sure that we build the bridge between parents and students to make sure that everybody is communicating on the same level
