We have been a customer of East Valley Water District for 42 years and it has been my honor to serve on the board of directors for the last 9 years. As a US Army veteran, honesty, integrity, and transparency have been my guiding principles throughout my life. My record at EVWD has been to ensure that each ratepayer receives, safe, clean and a reliable supply of water. Our most recent accomplishment is the Sterling Natural Resource Center, which will give us all a drought proof supply of water that is so critical at this current time. During my tenure on the board of directors we have instituted many cost-saving measures, including teared rate structures, weather-based irrigation controllers and many other already instituted policies. I am a rate payer just like you, so I will not be foolish with your dollars. I hope I can count on your vote so that we may continue to serve in your best interests. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at 909-648-0028 or rcoats@eastvalley.org.
Ensuring that our ratepayers are getting clean water, world class customer service, proper handling of public funds and knowing that I want to continue to earn their trust each and every day going forward. That East Valley Water District will ensure there is a continuing supply of water for all of their needs
