Ronald Crimm
Ronald Crimm (b. March 11, 1935) is a former Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 33 from 1997 to 2017. Crimm served as Chair of the Jefferson County Republican Party from 1993-1996.
Crimm's professional experience includes working as Owner of Crimm Insurance, Manager of Paul Revere Companies, District Manager for Connecticut General Life and a teacher in the Rose Tree Union School District. He served as a Field Marshal in the United States Army.

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 28, 2014. Incumbent Ron Crimm ran unopposed in the Republican primary and was unchallenged in the general election.[5][6][7]

Crimm won re-election in the 2012 election for Kentucky House of Representatives District 33. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on May 22, 2012, and defeated Rick Hiles (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[8][9]

Crimm's opponent in the November 2 general election was Democratic candidate Kimberly Greenwell. According to official results, Crimm defeated Greenwell by a margin of 14,928 to 7,542.[10]

Crimm ran unopposed in the May 18 Republican primary election.[11][12]
2008
On November 4, 2008, Crimm was re-elected to the 33rd District Seat in the Kentucky House of Representatives, defeating Greg Galbraith (D).[13] Crimm raised $57,929 for his campaign, while Galbraith raised $0.[14]
