Haskell ran for re-election to the York County Magisterial District. Primary: He received 99.50 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary on May 21, 2013. He cross-filed as a Republican and also won in that primary. 
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 5, 2013.[1][2]
