Biography

Ronald McNinch lives in Guam. McNinch earned a B.S. in criminal justice from West Georgia College, an M.P.A. in systems administration from Georgia College, and a Ph.D. in political science with public administration emphasis from Georgia State University. His career experience includes working as an associate professor of public administration at the University of Guam. McNinch also became a senior professional in human resources, a certified fraud examiner, and a certified faculty developer.[1]
