That’s why I am committed to addressing critical issues that affect our community, from energy and infrastructure to water and food supply chains and education for the youth. I represented the Virgin Islands at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul Korea in the 50 meters freestyle. As a former Law Enforcement Officer I will always back the blue. I come from a family of politicians. My mother Mary Ann Pickard is a former Senator on the island of St. Croix. My sister Norma Pickard is a former Senator on the island of St. Thomas. I was the President of The Young Democratic Party.
