Ronald Richter
Ronald Richter was a judge for the Queens County Family Court in New York. He was appointed to this position in January of 2009 and was reappointed to a full term at the end of that year.[1][2]
Education
Richter received his B.A. degree from Tufts University in 1986, his J.D. degree from the Boston University School of Law in 1989, and his M.S. degree from the Boston University College of Communication in 1990.[1]
Career
Richter worked for the Legal Aid Society for almost 14 years, attaining the position of Deputy Attorney-in-Charge of the Juvenile Rights Division. He also worked as the Deputy Commissioner for the New York City Administration for Children's Services. He then joined the Mayor's Office, where he worked as the New York City Family Services Coordinator until his appointment to the Family Court bench in 2009.[2]
