Ronald H. Schechtman was a senior judge on the Iowa Court of Appeals who retired from District 2.[1]
Education
Judge Schechtman was born in Greeley, Iowa. He graduated with a bachelor's degree (1954) and a law degree (1958) from the University of Iowa.[1]
Career
After law school, Judge Schechtman practiced law in Carroll, Iowa until his appointment to the bench in 1987. He served as the chief judge of the Second Judicial District and was a member of various law associations.[1]
